PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vibration control structure for a heat exchanger capable of reducing noise by absorbing vibration in the low frequency band of the heat exchanger even if the center axis of a fitting hole is inclined with respect to the center axis of a pin member. SOLUTION: A vibration control member 5 has a first holding part 51 engaged with the fitting hole 64 provided in a body side bracket 63; a second holding part 52 engaged with a fitting pin 46 provided at a condenser side bracket 45; and a vibration absorbing part 56 connecting the first holding part 51 to the second holding part 52. The second holding part 52 is shaped not to cause the large compressive deformation or tensile deformation of the vibration absorbing part 56, coming in nearly line contact with the fitting pin 46 regardless of the inclination of the center axis 641 of the fitting hole 64 to the center axis 461 of the fitting pin 46.
