PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating a ceramic base by which the enhancement of production efficiency is intended for by preventing the welding of emulsion particles during coating from occurring, when a water emulsion coating material of an acrylic resin is applied using a roll. SOLUTION: The water emulsion coating material of the acrylic resin is applied to the ceramic base with by help of a roll. The water emulsion coating material is the one prepared within the range of 8.7-9.7 pH value.
