PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide boots of a more adequate and novel type and inners for the same. SOLUTION: The inners are used by being suitably inserted into the boots made to have allowance to enable a wearing person to easily put on and remove the boots and have air feed and discharge plugs. When air is fed into the boots from the air feed and discharge plugs, the boots exhibit a bulging state of pressing the insteps, ankles, or the like, of the feet of the wearing person. When the air is discharged therefrom, the boots wither and collapse to the shapes exhibiting the state to enable the wearing person to remove or put on the boots.
