PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emulsion composition safe to a human body, keeping the functions and stability. SOLUTION: The emulsion composition compounded with glycerrhizate and/or hydroxy-fatty acid or further the emulsion composition compounded with >=1 kind of polyglycerol, polyethylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, 1,2-pentanediol is prepared by emulsification using a method consisting in arranging a structure in a first passage so as to introduce the jet flow of fluid along the first passage and to introduce the fluid to the flow controlled along a fresh passage and determining the directions of the first passage and the fresh passage in such a manner that shearing force and cavitation are generated in the fluid. |
