PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of which the cost reduction is realized while putting capacity for reconciling the relatively high conductivity and transparency of a three-layered laminate to practical use, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the laminate wherein a transparent high refractive index membrane layer (B), a conductive membrane layer (C) and a transparent high refractive index membrane layer (D) are formed on a base material (A) having transparency in the order of ABCD, at least one of the transparent high refractive index membrane layers (B) and (D) comprises a resin membrane layer. |
