PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling method for an H-shaped steel pile, which can improve a shape defect of a single claw joint and prevent a warp or torsion in rolled steel in reversal rolling which uses a groop of universal roughing mills. SOLUTION: A roughing mill forms a rough H-shaped steel piece. After that, the groop of the roughing universal mills consisting of a universal mill and an edgier mill reversely rolls the steel piece to form joint parts of franges at both ends, and at the same time to form the projection on the specific position on outer surface of the frange at the specific height. Besides, a groove on a vertical roll of the universal mill restricts the projection and a slope of the vertical roll rolls while restricting a slope rising face of joint parts of double claws. After that, a finishing universal mill bends the joint parts of the double- claw. |
