PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately judge irregular shot for intermittently stopping the shot of pachinko balls. SOLUTION: When a game player performs irregular shot, shot signals to be output from a pachinko machine are intermittently stopped. Therefore, a central management device 103 judges the irregular shot. If the pachinko machine is in a reach condition or the number of reserved balls in maximized, the shot of the pachinko balls by the game player may be intermittently stopped. However, when the reach signal is input from the pachinko machine or the number of reserved balls is four, the central management device 103 does not judge the irregular shot. Thus, the irregular short can be accurately judged.
