PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ink jet head having high reliability of bonding in which throughput is enhanced when each member is bonded and the cost is reduced. SOLUTION: A concave temporary adhesive coating region 21 having an opening in the side face is provided at the end of the bonding face between an electrostatic actuator 14 and a nozzle plate 13. Since a sufficient area for temporarily bonding the nozzle plate 13 and the electrostatic actuator 14 is ensured, the nozzle plate 13 and the electrostatic actuator 14 are temporarily bond stably.
