PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which contains no polyvinyl chloride and shows good mold release property to an adhesive with a design trait having an adequate feel of irregularities. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet comprises a printing ink layer (b), an intercoat layer (c) of a urethane clear ink and a topcoat layer (d) of an ultraviolet curing ink with a pattern printed by a gravure printing plate having 100-200μm plate depth, laminated in that order on a base sheet (a). The intercoat layer (c) and the topcoat layer (d) contain a silicone oil having a reactive group.
