PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a glass ceramic substrate with very high dimensional accuracy by surely constraining sinter shrinkage of a glass ceramic green sheet. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is composed of the steps wherein (i) a laminated body is produced by laminating a plurality of glass ceramic green sheets on which surface a conductor pattern is formed; (ii) on both the side of laminated body inorganic paste which contains a hard sintering material, glass, and organic binder is applied and dried, thereby, a constraint inorganic layer is formed; (iii) a glass ceramic substrate with constraint inorganic layer is produced by removing an organic component from laminated body, and burning it; (iv) constraint inorganic layer is removed from above substrate. (v) The amount of the glass contents in constraint inorganic green layer combines with glass ceramic green sheet at the time of burning, causes actually no shrinkage in the laminating layers. |
