PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piercing needle guiding utensil wherein the internal state of the guiding hole is visible, an ultrasonic probe equipped with such a piercing needle guiding utensil, and an ultrasonic imaging device equipped with such an ultrasonic probe. SOLUTION: The piercing needle guiding utensil has a piercing needle supporting section 302 and an attaching section 306. In this case, for the piercing needle supporting section 302, a section wherein a through hole 304 to guide a piercing needle is provided is substantially formed to be transparent. The attaching section 306 is used to attach the piercing needle supporting section to an objective to be attached.
