PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip made of foam obtained from a thermoplastic elastomer composition, small in compression set, high in flexibility, excellent in surface appearance, high in independent foamability and free from contamination by a cross-linking agent. SOLUTION: This weather strip is made of foam comprising an ethyleneα-olefinic copolymer 1 and a crystalline polyethylene resin 2 with the thermoplastic elastomer composition of which the crystalline polyethylene resin 2 forms a three-dimensional network structure as a main component in a matrix made of the ethyleneα-olefinic copolymer 1.
