PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep head and hair at a low temperature (40 to 45 deg.C) compared with a higher temperature (80 to 120 deg.C) in a sauna room. SOLUTION: This head protection cap for sauna (1) is a cap made of a cloth (such as ALP-60) comprising a cloth-like fabric (such as STM-60) that conducts heat slowly and coated with an aluminum foil (thicker than 4000Å) for cutting radiation heat to cover the head and hair.
