The invention aims at providing a multi-reinforced hydrocarbon for melting and casting processes. Said multi-reinforced hydrocarbon has better characteristics than other non-reinforced hydrocarbons or hydrocarbons reinforced with one or two additives. The inventive hydrocarbons can be used, for instance, for welding or torch cutting metal, especially ferrous metal. Other aims accomplished with the present invention are, inter alia, the following: providing a very high temperature of the flame with an intense heating power; ensuring safety during manufacturing; providing better characteristics for cutting ferrous metal; providing better characteristics for welding ferrous metal; making it easy to store and transport; providing a stable gas; making it economical to produce; rendering it economical for cutting ferrous metals; rendering it economical for welding ferrous metals; allowing to cut up to 50 % faster than with currently available products; combining efficiently with impure oxygen, which is defined as oxygen containing a higher percentage of nitrogen; cutting more rapidly and consuming less oxygen with the corresponding savings; performing more precise cutting, wherein metal losses drop by more than 50 %; performing cleaner cutting and eliminating the hard slag of the metal remaining after oxy-acetylene cutting; the scarce slag remaining is soft and can be easily eliminated, leaving the metal in its original state. |
