SUBSTANCE: method comprises adding cellulose ether to starch of commercial moisture equal to 13-20% in amount of 0.1-1.0% calculated for dry starch weight and adding solution of reagents containing 0.04-0.2% of sodium hydroxide, 0.2-2.0% of borax, 0.105.0 % of sodium monochloroacetate, 0.2-3.0% of conservanate calculated for dry starch weight and 0.1-1.0 fruit essence for preparing mixture with moisture fraction of 22.5-25.0, and mixture is then subjected to heat mechanical treatment using extrusion method at temperatures of 135-210 C, pressure of 0.8-1.4 MPa for 15-60 s. Adhesive composition contains 3.0-4.5% of extrudate and 95.5-97.0% of water.
