SUBSTANCE: liquid located in interpole space of magnetic system is subjected to simultaneous action of rotating, pulsating or constant magnetic field and of direct or alternating current. Independent sources of magnetic field and current are utilized for above- mentioned action with possibility of optimization of process of magnetic treatment. Device for implementation of process has three-phase stator with winding forming rotating, pulsating or constant magnetic field in liquid depending on power supply source and connection circuit of winding of stator ( winding phases ). Rotor-core with plates-electrodes mounted on insulators on its both ends is installed inside stator and vessel concentrically with clearance for passage of liquid. Winding of stator creating rotating, pulsating or constant magnetic field in liquid is connected correspondingly to source of three-phase or single-phase or constant current and plate-electrodes are connected to independent D C or A C source with the aid of insulated conductors brought into device through sealed electrically insulated leads-in.
