SUBSTANCE: gerodietary product contains meat of poultry and rabbit, cabbage, common salt, tomato, myrobalan plum, carrot, onion, rice, verdure and CO2-extract of biomass of Pythium gracile microorganisms. Components are taken in the following ratio by mass: poultry meat, 25-28; rabbit meat, 15-17; cabbage, 18-20; tomato, 20-25; myrobalan plum, 2-5; onion, 3-4; carrot, 3-5; rice, 8-10; verdure, 1-1.2; common salt, 1.5-2.1; CO2-extract of biomass of Pythium gracile microorganisms, 0.08-0.1. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties; increased storage life and broadened assortment of gerodietary products. |
