PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bookmark processing, which is used for connecting the system with many servers connected to networks but were unable to access to other than a single specified location, aiming for ease of management. SOLUTION: The system obtains 'related information' that makes a base of operation from the server that manages graphic information and guides the operator in his operation, in order for the operator to perform a specific operation by the help of the graphic information. When the operator specifies the graphic information referred to, the related information is acquired from the server and recorded. When the operator specifies the recorded graphic information, the system operates based on the corresponding related information and expedites the access operation.
