PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply set an attachment affixed with only optional addressees for transmission when transmitting the same document to many addressees with only a mail transmitting/receiving set on a client side in an electronic mail system. SOLUTION: Addressees are set for each attachment by the mail transmitting/ receiving set comprising a user interface controller, an affixed file addressee information controller, and a mail transmission/reception controller, thereby the simultaneous transmission of the same mail to many addressees and the transmission of the affixed file set for optional addressees among many addressees can be conducted.
