PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-precision projected image with no border between adjoining images by providing a region where adjoining projected images overlap each other on a screen to form a single large screen image. SOLUTION: A multi-vision 1 is provided with a projection device 10 where a plurality of units 12 are arrayed which comprise a rear-surface projection type projector 16 and a housing 12a supporting the rear-surface projection type projector 16, and a screen 11 which is provided away from the projection device 10 and on which a picture projected from the projection device 10 is displayed. The pictures projected from adjoining projection units 10 share an overlapped region on the screen 11 while, under that condition, a single picture is formed on the screen 11, eliminating a border between adjoining images for high- precision projected image.
