PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that assembling or removal of a jig for alignment of center is complicated when a thyristor, etc., and a heat radiating plate are laminated, and accurate alignment of center cannot be surely realized even by using the jig. SOLUTION: An aluminum nitride raw material powder is molded and sintered to make a plate-like aluminum nitride sintered body. A projecting or recessed part whose sectional shape is circular and height is 3 mm or less is provided in the central part of one surface of the sintered body. |
