PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rough body capable of easily producing a rough structure, a reflecting plate, a lens, a method for producing the same and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: A reflecting layer having a rough structure is formed on a substrate by subjecting a negative type resist to back exposure. When the resist is converted to an absorption type resist by adding a dye, a rough structure having an inclined plane is formed by only one layer.
