<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device which can be manufactured at low cost and has excellent characteristics. SOLUTION: In the photoelectric conversion device, many first conductivity type crystalline semiconductor particles are arranged on a substrate, a second conductivity type semiconductor layer is formed on these semiconductor particles, and an insulator is interposed between the semiconductor layer and the substrate. The semiconductor layer is formed by a semiconductor layer in which a crystalline part and an amorphous part are mingled.</p> |
