PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily vary an impact absorption direction by imparting an impact absorbing function to a rotation shaft and varying an angle at which the rotation shaft is mounted to an object without causing a damage to a rotation of a rotation body. SOLUTION: This mechanism has a structure that a border surface of a rotation body, a bearing of rotation shaft and the rotation body is enlarged and an impact absorbing function is built in the rotation shaft itself.
