PURPOSE: Disclosed is a straw holder, and a combined article of the holder and a straw in which the straw need not be drawn/inserted from/in a container one by one, the straw in use can be easily maintained, and suitable for the use in an oscillating place such as in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An upper portion of a straw inserted in a container from a mouth part of the container is projected from the mouth part before a cap is attached to the mouth part, and when the cap is attached, and the straw is pressed by an inner bottom surface of the cap, and held so as to be stored within the container. A combined article of the straw and a straw holder comprises a body(2) which has a fitting part(6) of the size fitted to the mouth part of the container and has a hole(7) for passing the straw formed therein, a straw holding part(3) having a holding hole(12) to hold the inserted straw, and an elastically expandable silicone rubber connection part(4) to connect the straw holding part(3) to the body(2) in an attachable/detachable manner of the holding part(3) to/from the body(2).
