PURPOSE: A bilateral edge machine for manufacturing an edge that glass or stone plate material is provided to remove a mechanic manufacturing imperfection by installing a spindle to an upward direction. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of mechanic manufacturing heads(2) are installed at a frame(1). A conveyor(3) includes a belt. The belt is passed a plate through the mechanic manufacturing heads(2). A structure(10) is installed at the support body(11). A housing(21) having a door(22) is mounted at one side of frame(1). A wheel supporting spindle(20) is positioned in the housing(21). A body(25) of spindle(25) is fixed at the structure(10) by a bolt(26). A driving motor(30) is mounted at other side of structure(10), which drives the wheel supporting spindle(20) by way of a driving belt(31). The structure(10) is hinged to the plate(13) of the supporting body(11) by means of a pivot(40). The structure(10) is locked and unlocked by means of an eccentric member(41) with a locking lever(42).
