PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance converging property of an actual fuel pressure on a target fuel pressure by reducing the burden of fuel pressure feed back control for a fuel pressure regulator when correcting fluctuations in fuel pressure. SOLUTION: The fuel pressure control device is provided with a fuel regulator 17 adjusting the actual fuel pressure acting on an injector, an operation amount setting means for setting the operation amount for a fuel regulator 17 correlating to the fuel injection amount, a fuel pressure feed back control means 405 for fuel pressure feed back control so that the target fuel pressure that is determined by the number of engine rotations and the load of an engine is coincide with an actual fuel pressure, a a target current setting means 401 for setting the operation amount of the fuel pressure a regulator 17 by the target current of the driving current value exciting the fuel pressure regulator 17, an actual current detecting means 403 for detecting the actual current to the fuel pressure regulator 17, and a current feed back control means 409 for executing current feed back control so that the actual currents converges on the target current. |
