PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module which simultaneously shifts by a pre-determined set shift quantity all output optical wavelengths outputted from plural output ports in either one side of a long wavelength side or a short wavelength side. SOLUTION: A waveguide forming part 10 which is formed by connecting in order a light input waveguide 2, a first slab waveguide 3, plural juxtaposed array waveguides 4 having mutually different lengths, a second slab waveguide 5, and plural juxtaposed light output waveguides 6 is formed on a substrate 1. The first slab waveguide 3 is cut and separated by a cutting surface 8 which crosses an optical path passing through the first slab waveguide 3, a waveguide forming part 10b of a separated slab waveguide 3b side is fixed to a base 9, a separated slab waveguide 3a side is slid and moved by a stepping motor 15 in the directions of arrows A, B along the cutting surface 8, and all output wavelengths from respective light output waveguides 6 are simultaneously shifted by the set wavelength. |
