PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reader that can composite read image information with character/image information registered in advance such as 'Kept secret from outsiders' after reading an original and transmit the combined information to an information processing unit and to provide an image composition system. SOLUTION: The image reader A to be connected to an image processing unit B via a communication network, composites an original image read from a read section 9 of the image reader A with the character image information registered in advance and transmits the composited information to the information processing unit B. |
