PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the qualities of lead frames are difficult to be secured when the lead frames are arranged in many rows for reducing the manufacturing cost of the lead frames, because the deformation of the lead frames become significant when the lead frames are heated. SOLUTION: Between a pair of parallelly arranged connecting stripes, each set composed of a plurality of adjacent frames is demarcated by connecting the connecting stripes to each other through bridge sections in the neighboring sections of the sets. At the same time, a slit having a long major axis is formed in the connecting direction in each bridge section.
