PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form measuring apparatus, capable of suitably measuring a three-dimensional (3D) form with few measuring procedures. SOLUTION: The form-measuring apparatus is provided with a measuring head for measuring the form of an object to be measured placed on a measuring table, a position detecting means for detecting the position of the measuring head and an arithmetic means for finding the 3D form of the object to be measured on the basis of the outputs of the measuring head and the position detecting means, a mirror for reflecting the object to be measured is located on the measuring table.
