PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor device with a dummy interface circuit which approximates an external interface circuit with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION: This semiconductor device is equipped with the dummy interface circuit 7, which artificially genertes a dummy output signal equivalent to the level of the output signal of the external interface inside, and the dummy interface circuit is equipped with a dummy signal output circuit 8 which outputs the dummy output signal to a dummy output line 9, a dummy capacitor 10 connected to the dummy output line, and a dummy load circuit 20 which is connected to the dummy output line and varies the level of the dummy output signal to a level corresponding to the output signal of the external interface.
