PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a customer who has placed an order for photographic processing, recognize the more accurate completing time of the photographic processing. SOLUTION: An acceptance machine 12, a film processor 14, a printer 16, a paper processor 18, a testing machine 20 and a cutter sorter/bagging machine 22 successively execute the photographic processing ordered from the customer, and a finishing time predicting device 34 predicts the finishing time of the photographic processing ordered from the customer based on the detected result of the progress state of the photographic processing detected by bar code readers 24, 26, 28, 30 and 32. Then, a finishing time informing device 36 informs the customer of the finishing time predicted by the finishing time predicting device 34 by an electronic mail or a web page or a pocket bell (R) being a beeper. |
