PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten printing time. SOLUTION: In a print system, where two or more printers are connected to a computer with an IEEE 1394 serial bus, first, there is decided whether cluster printing is specified, in which one print job is executed with two printers (21). When specified, there are designated the printers to be used (22), and decided portions assigned to respective printers (23), then which are notified to the printers (24). The printers receiving them, read out the assigned portions from a printing queue of a client (26), to print (27). |
