PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method for a flat harness that can easily form the width and the bending part of various flat harnesses by using an identical fixing jig, and a manufacturing device used for the method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a flat harness 41 comprises a step of mounting an external angle fixing jig 27 having a recessed curved side face and an internal angle fixing jig 29 a projecting curved side face on the upper surface of a flat base 25 so as to make the external curved fixing jig and the internal curved fixing jig have a desired space, a step of placing several harnesses 51 between the recessed curved side face and the projecting curved side face on the surface of the base 25 so as to put a harness 51 having a welded layer on the outer periphery in at least every other fashion, and a step of heating the harness group that is mounted on the base 25 so as to melt the welding layer. |
