PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the structure of a card connector device equipped with a locking mechanism, without having to enlarge the depth size of the card connector device in response to the over stroke of the IC card, and to provide the card connector device capable of obtaining a stable locking mechanism. SOLUTION: This card connector device has a sliding member 8 slidable in the inserting and extracting direction of a card 7, while being engaged with the card 7, an energizing member 5 for energizing the sliding member 8 in the discharging direction of the card 7, a frame 1 provided with a heart-shaped locking cam 1f, while having a storing part 1b to store the card 7, and a locking pin 9 to lock the sliding member 8 at the storing position of the card 7 by being engaged with the locking cam 1f. An opening part 1d is formed on the rear end side of the card storing part 1b in the frame 1, and when discharging the card 7, the card 7 at the storing position is pressed in its inserting direction and its front end part 7e is protruded from the opening part 1d. Thereby, the locking pin 9 is uncoupled from the locking cam 1f, and the card 7 is discharged in its discharging direction by the sliding member 8. |
