PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic data storage system, a history verifying device, an electronic data storing method and a recording medium by which electronic data can be prevented from being fraudulently altered or erased and detecting erasure and alteration of electronic data and capable of securing the original record performance of the electronic data can be secured. SOLUTION: In this system 100 which has a history management device 5 for managing the history of stored electronic data and a history verifying device 2 which has a means for detecting the alteration of the history and a means for verifying that the history is the newest history and stores and manages the electronic data, the history management device 5 has a means for confirming that individual histories are not fraudulently altered, a means which prepares an identifier for verifying that the time sequential relation of histories is not fraudulently altered and verifies the relation. The history verifying device 2 stores the identifier of the newest history in the inside and a means 18 for verifying whether or not the verifier of the inside is matched with the identifier of the newest history of the history table. |
