<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-definition and high-luminance exposure with a simple constitution without performing complicated adjustment. SOLUTION: A transparent base plate 20 is equipped with plural rods 21 formed to be columnar, and an adhesive medium 22 for bundling the respective rods 21. Namely, the base plate 20 is formed by solidifying space between the respective bundled rods 21 with the adhesive medium 22 so that the cross section of each rod 21 may be planar. The base plate 20 is brought into contact with a photosensitive body 30. At such a time, emitted light from an organic EL element 10 directly irradiates the photosensitive body 30 via the rod 21.</p> |
