PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film unit with a lens for preventing a photographic film from being scratched while attaining the reduction of the recycling cost. SOLUTION: Plastic components such as a front cover, a rear cover and a main body base part constituting the film unit with a lens are made to return to raw material once, thereafter, molded again, and then, recycled as regenerated components. A plastic component regeneration line is constituted of a raw material regenerating line and a component molding line. The raw material regenerating line is divided into a pelletizing line and a non-pelletizing line. On the pelletizing line, the plastic components are crushed, and stranded resin which is obtained by melting and extrusion-molding the crushed material is cut and pelletized, and then, the regenerated pellet as raw material is supplied to the component molding line. On the non-pelletizing line, the plastic components are crushed, and the washed regenerated crushed material is supplied as raw material to the component molding line. A 1st regenerated component including the regenerated crushed material in the raw material is used for a component which does not come into contact with the photographic film. |
