SOLUTION: An outer regulating member 29a for regulating the movement and deformation of an outer conductor 22 and an inner regulating member 21b for regulating the movement and deformation of a central conductor 21 are installed. First, the tip of a plug to be inserted is led by a tapered part 22c, and core slippage and an inclination are corrected first. Remaining core slippage and inclination are corrected by a tapered part at the tip of the inner regulating member 21b. The plastic deformation will not be produced in the outer conductor 22 and the central conductor 21.
