PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized electric apparatus like a portable transmitter wherein a sealing rubber and a printed board can be surely prevented from falling out when batteries are exchanged. SOLUTION: This small-sized electric apparatus is provided with a cabinet 1 wherein an upper case 2 and a lower case 3 are collectively formed integrally and an accommodating space 4 is arranged inside; the sealing rubber 5 which has a flange part 5a pinched with the upper case 2 and the lower case 3 in a peripheral edge part of an aperture end, and is built in the accommodating space 4; the printed board 6 which is built in the accommodating space 4 in the state covered with the sealing rubber 5; and an inner case 7 which holds the printed board 6 and is built in the accommodating space 4. A part 7c to be anchored which is arranged on the inner case 7 is anchored with an anchoring part 2a arranged on the upper case 2, and the sealing rubber 5 is interposed between the part 7c to be anchored and the anchoring part 2a. As a result, possibility of falling-out is eliminated since the sealing rubber 5 and the printed board 6 are unified in the upper case 2 as it is when the upper case 2 is detached from the lower case 3 at the time of battery exchange or the like.
