PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely suppress the waveform distortion of a communication signal in a multiplex communication device. SOLUTION: Concerning a multiple communication device 15 provided with a plurality of terminal communication equipment 1, bus lines 3 and 4 for connecting a plurality of terminal communication equipment 1, connectors 17 and 69 having terminals 43 and 45 connecting one end to both the ends of these bus lines 3 and 4 and resistor-terminated circuits 25 and 73 formed inside these connectors 17 and 69 while having almost the same impedance as the bus lines 3 and 4 and connecting the other ends of the terminals 43 and 45 to both the ends, each of resistor-terminated circuits 25 and 73 has a first resistor 47, second resistor 49 serially connected to this first resistor 47, capacitor 51 connected between the first and second resistors 47 and 49 for absorbing the high frequency vibrations of the communication signal and a ground terminal for grounding the capacitor 51 while connecting one terminal to the capacitor 51 and connecting other terminal parts 63 and 95 to the ground side.
