PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable color photosensitive material having high sensitivity and excellent in shelf stability. SOLUTION: In the heat developable color image recording material with plural image forming layers each containing an organic silver salt, a reducing agent, a color image forming material, photosensitive silver halide and an organic binder and different from each other in the color sensitivity of the photosensitive silver halide on the base, a middle layer containing a thermoplastic organic polymer as a binder is present between the image forming layers.
