PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional distribution method of commercial advertisement information that cannot have sufficiently enhanced the effect of advertisement because a common server cannot distribute advertisement to target users without access of the target users to the common server. SOLUTION: This distribution method comprises information communication equipment 1, a radio base station 2 that is connected to the information communication equipment 1 via a radio interface and an advertisement server 5 that is connected to the radio base station 2 and stores advertisement information. In the method, the prescribed advertisement information stored in the advertisement server 5 is distributed to the information communication equipment 1 via the radio base station 2 at a date and time desired by a sponsor.
