PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commercial transaction system, by which a user can select a settlement method. SOLUTION: The settlement system is composed of an information terminal 101, a portable terminal 102, a store server 103 and a settlement server 104. For a selling/buying transaction which occurs between the information terminal and the store server, the portable terminal receives settlement information required for settlement and a settlement request from the information terminal, the store server receives the settlement information and the settlement request from the portable terminal, and the settlement server receives the settlement request to the portable terminal from the store server, so that the settlement procedure can be conducted between the portable terminal and the store server. Thus, the settlement system, capable of conducting the settlement procedure by using other terminal concerning the commercial transaction which occurs between the information terminal and the store server, can be configured. |
