摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device of a color selection mechanism for a cathode-ray tube, which can stabilize the tension distribution form of an aperture grille, and can contribute to improve the product yield and productivity. SOLUTION: A pressuring implement 13 which presses a pair of frame edge members 5a of a frame 5 constituting a color selection mechanism 3 is constituted so as to support rockably a pressure lever 16 to which are fixed integrally a plurality of pressure pins 17 abutting on the frame edge parts 5a, and detection sensors which detect deformation of at least at the central part 5L and at peripheral parts 5M of the frame edge parts 5a caused by pressuring operation, of the pressuring implement 13. When all outputs of the detection sensors reach their respective prescribed values, the pressing operation by the pressuring implement 13 is stopped, and an aperture grille 4 is welded to the frame 5 by holding the above condition. As a result, a stabilized tension distribution form of the aperture grille 4 is obtained.
