PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door switch for a vehicle which does not fall off even if an elastic cover is screwed down to a base part. SOLUTION: This door switch S includes a case 5 having a slide chamber 5a having a movable contact 9 inside and a flange part 5b fixing a base 6, a push rod 7 bonded to the flange part 5b of the case 5 for driving the movable contact 9, and an elastic cover 12 which is fixed to a mounting part 14a on the body side of the vehicle together with the door switch S fixed by a screw 13 fitted to the flange part 5b. The elastic cover 12 has a seal lip 12a projected downward from a reference surface B-B of the bottom surface of the flange 5b formed along the circumference. The seal lip 12a forms a tilted projection 12g projected in inward direction of the door switch S.
