PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor possessed of inner electrodes and outer electrodes which are connected together well. SOLUTION: Non-reducing dielectric layers 4 and inner electrode layers 3 whose main component is Cu are alternately laminated into a laminate 1, and outer electrodes 4 and 5 whose main components are Cu and Ag are each provided to the edge faces of the laminate 1 and connected to the inner electrodes 3 for the formation of a laminated ceramic capacitor, where the weight ratio Cu:Ag is set at 99:1 to 80:20 in the electrodes 4 and 5.
