PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input/output device which produces no dead space in a case, capable of miniaturization and cost reduction, and capable of enhancing reliability of electrical connection, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the input/output device. SOLUTION: This input/output device 40 is provided in an electronic apparatus 10, and has an electrical connection part 50 to electrically connect a protruding electrical connection terminal, by inserting it and a body part 80 to hold the electric connection part 50 to store it. This device is equipped with the body part 80 forming a part of a case 12, by being disposed at the opening, part of the case 12 of the electronic apparatus 10, a support part 100 to support the body part 80 relative to the case 12, so that it can rotate with a rotational axis CL as a center, and also to support it with the electrical connection part 50 exposed to the outside of the case 12, by protruding the body part 80 to the outside of the case 12, and a fixing part 130 to fix the body part 80 to the case 12 with the body part being stored in the case 12 by pushing the body part 80 supported with the electrical connection part 50 exposed to the outside of the case 12.
