PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the upper limit of weight and size of testable sample on a vibration machine. SOLUTION: In an opening 203 at the upper part of a box 202 having the opening 203, a vibration stage 1 is attached capably of appearing and sinking. An auxiliary vibration stage 11 is attached on the vibration stage 1. In the gap between the side surface 11a of the auxiliary vibration stage 11 facing downward and the upper part 202 of the box 202, an air chamber 14 capable of vertically expanding is provided. By raising and lowering the pressure in the air chamber 14, the vibration stage 1 and the auxiliary vibration stage 11 are raised and lowered.
